THE COOK FAMILY: The rest of Christmas! (very long post and very long overdue!)

I had every intention of posting about each individual family Christmas we had but I am so behind on posting that to catch up, I will have to do one big post. SORRY!

We had a pleasant surprise one morning, Santa Claus came by our house on the fire truck. It was really neat and Patton liked it a lot.

Patton had his Christmas Party at school and Santa showed up. He did not like it very much. Also he had to say goodbye to Ms. Tara, we loved her!

We went to see Grandma and Grandpa Cook for a few days before Christmas and stayed until Christmas Eve. We had a great visit. We did a little last minute shopping, went to eat Ippilito's (yum!), went to hear Grandma sing in the choir at chuch, had a nice visit with some of Mark's friends from high school, had a great dinner with Ace, Erika, and Parker, and of course made the 2nd annual trip to Northpoint Mall for Patton's picture with Santa. Grandpa Bill and I waited in line for 2 hours but it is well worth it!

After some quailty family time at home we headed to Tuscaloosa for the weekend. We spent Christmas day at Nana and Gramps' house for a big lunch and had a great time opening presents and playing in the backyard.

We spent Christmas night at Papa and Rere's for some more great food and more new toys.

THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS

Of course mom and I went shopping the morning after Christmas. That's always fun!! I love stocking up on Christmas stuff for next year!

That night we went to spend Christmas with Jo Mama and Papa Dave. They came over to
Papa and ReRe's for the weekend.
We enjoyed seeing them and spending time with them.
